1. Services
ShopNotify provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, lifecycle messaging, paid media management, and analytics consulting. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work agreed upon between ShopNotify and the client.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You must not:
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.
- Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of ShopNotify or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use the deliverables created under their service agreement. ShopNotify retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Fees for services are set out in the applicable service agreement. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. ShopNotify reserves the right to suspend services on accounts with outstanding balances beyond 30 days.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed in connection with the services and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopNotify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of revenue, profits, or data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. ShopNotify may terminate immediately if a client breaches these Terms or any service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed remain due and payable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. ShopNotify collects only the personal information necessary to deliver our services and operate this website, including contact details submitted via forms and anonymised usage data gathered through analytics tools. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is retained only as long as required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

11. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we handle each situation fairly and on a case-by-case basis:
- Cancellation before work begins: If you cancel within 48 hours of placing an order and no work has started, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Partial refunds: If work is in progress and you wish to cancel, a partial refund may be issued for the portion of work not yet completed, at ShopNotify's discretion.
- Subscription plans: Monthly subscription plans (such as Starter and Premium packs) may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refund is issued for the remaining days in that period.
- Service issues: If we fail to deliver agreed services due to our own error, we will first offer to remedy the issue. If a remedy is not possible, a proportionate refund will be issued.
To request a refund, contact us at contact@shopnotify.site within 14 days of the relevant charge. Please include your name, invoice reference, and reason for the request.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
